The Law of Tongue
Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
...
Luke 6:45
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
...
Galatians 6:7
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap.
Proverbs 15:1-2
A soft answer turns away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger. The tongue of the wise uses knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools pours out foolishness.
Proverbs 12:13-14
The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips: but the just shall come out of trouble.
A man shall be satisfied with good
by the fruit of his mouth:
and the recompense of a man's hands
shall be rendered unto him.
Proverbs 13:2
A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth: but the soul of the transgressors shall eat violence.
Ecclesiastes 10:12
The words of a wise man's mouth are
gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself.
Proverbs 21:23
Whoso keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps his soul from troubles.
Proverbs 16:21-24
The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increases learning.
Understanding is a wellspring of life unto him that hath it: but the instruction of fools is folly.
The heart of the wise teaches his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.
Pleasant words are as an honeycomb,
sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
Psalms 15:1-5
LORD, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart;
He who does not backbite with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor does he take up a reproach against his friend;
In whose eyes a vile person is despised, but he honors those who fear the LORD; he who swears to his own hurt and does not change;
He who does not put out his money at usury, nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.
...
Proverbs 10:11-14
The mouth of the righteous is
a well of life, but violence covers
the mouth of the wicked.
Hatred stirs up strife,
but love covers all sins.
Wisdom is found on the lips of him
who has understanding, but a rod
is for the back of him who
is devoid of understanding.
Wise people store up knowledge, but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction.
James 3:10-13
Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening?
Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives,
or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring can yield both salt water and fresh.
Who is wise and understanding among you?
Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.
Matt 15:10-11
When He (Jesus) had called the multitude to Himself, He said to them,
"Hear and understand: "Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man."

Wow! Taht is just a reminder we need to watch what we say. How can we honor God if we have bad things coming out of mouth? I don't believe people passing us on the street would see Christ in us if we were going aroung talking as the world talks. Romans 12:2
