Name:

FaceSeekr co-pastors C Team Chapel, alongside her husband, they go into the highways and hedges and compel “THEM” to come in. Delivered in 1986, by the Grace of God, from a lifestyle that carries it’s own death sentence. She had fellowshipped with spirits all her life, living life on the Dark Side, and practicing all the vices that go along with it. Drugs, alcohol, perversion and witchcraft had led her to the place THEY wanted her to be. BUT GOD… Had other plans. He reached in and Pulled her from the hold of Satan. Now, she who has been forgiven much, reaches back and helps Pull others from the flames.

Faith toward God

Faith toward God
The word faith has many varied uses and meanings in the bible. In the old testament trust is interchangeable with or used instead of the word faith. Let’s start with a clear description of what this faith that is toward God really means.
Faith used in Hebrews 6:1 is: to Trust steadily in the Truth with confidence.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on
your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge
Him, and He shall direct your paths. Prov 3:5-6
&
"I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to
the Father except through Me.” John 14:6
When you Know the WAY, you can not be lost
When you Know the TRUTH, you can not be lied to
When you Have the LIFE, you can not die
Who is God to you?
How do you perceive God? Do you see Him as some kind of “Sky God” way out in the wild blue yonder somewhere, looking to send you ‘straight to Hell’ if you mess up. Or as an ever-present (Heb 4:16), faithful (1John 1:9), with you at all times (John 15:4), Holy Guest (John 14:16-17), sharing your every day life (Heb 13:5-6).
In Romans 4:20 we see that Abraham “was strong in faith”, was strong is translated from the Greek word endunamoo, it is from the word dunamis, it means: Miracle working God kind of power or power from God. Endunamoo is how you feel towards a wall, when your sitting rocked back on the two hind legs of a chair, and the wall is supporting you. Abraham was trusting in, relying on, and leaning against God’s power to support the weight of his situation. God was saying to Abraham then, and is saying to you now, “lean on Me when you’re not strong, I’ll be your strength, I’ll help you carry on.” Faith toward God is knowing that He will never not support you when you are trusting Him.
Do you ever think when you’re rocked back it that chair, “Gee, what if the wall lets me down, what if I’m not good enough for the wall to hold me up, what if the wall doesn't even exist.” No, you have such faith toward the wall that those thoughts never even enter your mind.
without faith it is impossible to please God: for
he that comes to God must believe that God is God,
and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him. Heb 11:6
God is God, and He is Big enough, Strong enough, Mighty enough, and Able beyond all you can ask or think, to deal with the ‘mole hills’ in your life. Do you TRUST Him to do what He has said He would do for you?
You Lord, will keep him in perfect peace,
whosoever’s mind is stayed on You:
because he trusts in You. Isa 26:3
Before faith came (Gal 3:23), you trusted in what you knew, the schemes you learned, what you could do for yourself, you operated ‘under the law’. After faith comes (Rom 4:20), you trust in what God knows and what God can do. Faith toward God is entering into His Rest (Heb 4:10).
Worry, Fret, and Fear Do Not Move God…
Faith Toward Him does !!!

Does evil exist?

Does evil exist?
The university professor challenged his students with this question.
Did God create everything that exists?
A student bravely replied, "Yes, He did!"
"God created everything?" the professor asked.
"Yes, Sir," the student replied.
The professor answered, "If God created everything, then He also created
evil since evil exists, and according to the principle that our works
define who we are, then God is evil."
The student became quiet before such an answer.
The professor was quite pleased with himself and boasted to the students
that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth.
Another student raised his hand and said, "Can I ask you a question,
professor?"
"Of course," replied the professor.
The student stood up and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?"
"What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you never
been cold?" remarked the professor.
The young man replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist. According to
the law of physics what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat.
Everybody or object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits
energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter transmit energy.
Absolute zero (-460 degrees F) is the total absence of heat; all matter
becomes inert and incapable of reaction at that temperature. Cold does
not exist. We have created this word to describe how we feel if we have no
heat.
The student continued. "Professor, does darkness exist?"
The professor responded, "Of course it does!"
The student replied, "Once again you are wrong sir, darkness does not
exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light. Light we can
study, but not darkness. In fact, we can use Newton's prism to break white
light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color. You
cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of
darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is?
You measure the amount of light present. Isn't this correct? Darkness
is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is no light
present."
Finally the young man asked the professor, "Sir, does evil exist?"
Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course as I have already
said. We see it every day. It is in the daily examples of man's inhumanity
to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the
world.
These manifestations are nothing else but evil!"
To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist sir, or at least it
does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just
like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence
of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not like faith, or love that
exists just as does light and heat. Evil is the result of what happens when
man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that
comes when there is no heat or the darkness that comes when there is no
light."
The professor sat down.
